Dear Patrick and HOA Board,
We have a critical need to receive the email addresses of all of the HOA members to determine if we have an architect and/or land use litigation attorney amongst our members.
Building activities are increasing at a rapid rate and we need support if we’re going to stop this. Please help us by releasing this information before it’s too late.
Thank you.
With best regards,
Lisa Carothers
Thank you for your message.
The Association does not distribute or publish member email addresses. We have an obligation to protect the privacy of our neighbors and to prevent misuse or unintended distribution of personal contact information. For that reason, we do not release the membership list, including email addresses.
That said, we understand the importance of community communication regarding building activity and related concerns. If you would like to provide a proposed message, the Board would be willing to review it and, if appropriate and reasonable, distribute it to the membership on your behalf.
Please feel free to forward the language you would like considered.
