These documents summarize Association finances, including account balances, deposits, and expenditures, and reflect the official financial records maintained by the Association.
The Association operates as a volunteer-run HOA. Financial activity consists primarily of member dues deposits and payment of Association expenses. The Association does not operate under a formally adopted annual budget.
The posted reports are provided in standard accounting format and are sufficient to permit independent review or analysis. To protect the integrity of Association records and the privacy and security of members, the Association does not provide direct access to internal accounting systems, bank accounts, or payment platforms.
